Almost Sitting Up

November 9 - She enjoys reading November 9 - We didn't set this up - she just happened to fall asleep like this under her blanket. November 12 - Fell asleep on her playgym for the second-time in a row. November 12 - Mommy's 28th Birthday. We went shopping at Turkey Creek & bought 3 Christmas stockings for our whole family. And cheesecake. :) Novmber 14 - While Mommy was unloading groceries, she caught me SITTING UP STRAIGHT in my carseat (hard to tell in the photo). I'm a big girl now. November 16 - It is rare to get her to sleep on our chests anymore. This was special.

Blue eyes

November 9 - Elliot's beautiful blue eyes!! Bridge: Russel took this sitched photo over at the Grill restaurant at the river by our house. His new camera is awesome! ***Click on the photo to see it larger!!*** November 4 - Hugging her glowing musical Pooh that Aunt B gave her. November 6 - OK, so Tummy Time is still "work" and not "fun." But we keep trying! November 6 - She will play on her playgym - if the links are attached to the bar! Like the new fuzzy legwarmers I made?

Her First Meal!

At the pediatrician today, she is 15 Lb 6 oz, 25". And 100% healthy! So, she's ready for solids!We gave her cereal tonight before her bedtime bottle. She ate it ALL! I didn't measure how much I fixed b/c I didn't think she'd actually eat much. But she loved it from the start, even hollered to go faster! She ate every bite! She'll be ready for veggies already! After the cereal, she got a bedtime bottle & was fast asleep from all the excitement. I'm adding the videos to youtube as well. Some of these pics were taken from the video. First bite: Done!!

First Halloween / 4 Months Old

We took Elliot to the mall to "trick-or-treat." She clutched the First Halloween bag I made for her as we pushed her around (we didn't collect any candy for her, of course!) She got lots of attention & got to see lots of other babies her size in their costumes. Unfortunately, there was no costume contest. But we all had fun - & Russ happened to find a Baby's First Christmas ornament: a baby in a peapod!! October 30: with her Jumperoo lowered, she can touch the floor & seems to enjoy herself more. She even "jumped" hard enough to make the music go off. November 2 - Our little HAM! November 2 - She can "stand" very well now! Nov 2 - Russel found Tweety for eBay, but it makes a great Baby Seat in the meantime! November 3: Just hours before she turns 4 months old! Her favorite thing to do these past few days is stick her tongue out & make funny noises. I made a video, too (check youtube...) It was hard for me to take her smaller clothes to the Cosignment Store this morning, but I am really enjoying the smiles & giggles. OH, and she's trying to sit up, too - see the photo below!
