She’s now fifteen months old; 32” tall (grew an inch) and 28 pounds (lost a couple pounds - confirmed at pediatrician’s office). Our growing girl!!
On the day she turned 15 months old (last Saturday), Elliot finally decided to walk! She would only take a couple steps before - and only when her Daddy was home. Saturday night, before bedtime, she decided to walk.
Then she refused to walk Sunday or Monday.
But last night we got her back into it & today, she's walking without her Daddy around! In fact, in the last half-hour, when I go to look for her, I find her walking!!! It's so great. (We always had to stand her up before.) I’ll be uploading video & you should be able to get to the link on the right side of this page.
She is also no longer a picky eater! She even eats all of her green vegetables. For several days (maybe a week), we were wondering if she could out-eat us! But she’s slowing down a bit - maybe!
She’s working on her bottom molars now, which will make 12 teeth. She’s always cutting more!

September 27 - Russel's 30th Birthday! We stayed the night in Gatlinburg with Mom & Dad, ate at the pancake place & went to Ripley's Aqarium.
This is Elliot's first biscuits & gravy (Pawpaw insisted). She also had her first pancakes at this restaurant last March.

Elliot fell asleep within 2 minutes of walking through the door. The darkness, soft music & illumination of the fish tanks finally put her out (it was like being inside her Baby Einstein DVD...)

When she woke up, we were in the tunnel. I think there was a shark above her…

September 30 - cuddling after a nap
October 1 - lunchtime in her Halloween sweat suit (grilled cheese & turkey sandwhich on whole wheat with pears).
October 3 - trying to get a 15-Month Photo, but she’s just too active to pose!
October 3 - Yup - she’s walking!! This was in the upstairs playroom just before bedtime.
October 4 - back to Oakes Farm for a hayride to the pumpkin patch! We got a great photo of her there last year in her peapod costume smiling. This year…just try to get her to sit still & pose!! You’ll see….
